Captain Lobster's been fishing the beautiful waters around
Jersey for over 20 years and supplying the highest quality
lobsters and crabs to local and European fish
merchants.
In 2009 a decision was taken to meet more of the
people who eat our catch, so now we sell directly to
customers from our viviers on the Victoria Pier and the Captain Lobster
trailer.
All of our lobsters and crabs come direct from our own
boat 'Loup de Mer'. Our fish come from 'Loup de
Mer', other professionals and traceable sources who we
know we can rely on for top quality fish.
